What we collect

Your email address, first and last name, delivery address, country, mobile number and profession; your orders and payment reference numbers (UTR); and reviews you choose to write. We do not collect card or bank details — UPI payments happen in your own UPI app.

Why we use it

To verify your email, deliver your orders, contact you about them, prevent misuse (such as bulk buying beyond our daily limits) and show your reviews. We do not sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.

What is public

When you write a review we show your first name, the first letter of your last name, your profession, your star rating and your review text. Nothing else about you is shown publicly.

Who processes it

Our website runs on Cloudflare, and sign-in codes are emailed through our email provider. They process data only to provide these services.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as needed for accounts and tax purposes. You can ask us to correct your details at any time from "My details", or ask us on WhatsApp to delete your account; we will delete what we are not legally required to keep.

Your consent

You give consent when you create an account, and you can withdraw it at any time by asking us to delete your account. Questions or complaints: message us on WhatsApp at +91 81692 91244.
